Training aimed towards improving athletic performance. Our programming is designed to make you move better, feel stronger, get faster, perform more powerfully, and train smarter than your competition.  


Our programming includes instruction in movement training, injury reduction and rehabilitation, linear and lateral speed techniques, foot speed and agility, explosive power development, and strength training.

VIRTUAL TRAINING

Ultimate Flexibility while 

Maintaining the Highest Quality

Not located in our area or like the flexibility of workout from home? Virtual training gives you the opportunity to train with us from any location. You can participate in our one-on-one, semi-private or small group training from any location as long as you have an internet connection.  

If you don't have the equipment; we have you covered. Just ask about our equipment packages that can be sent right to your doorstep!

HOW DO I GET STARTED?

When you are ready, schedule your first appointment with one of our Coaches by emailing Info@XLR8NJ.com. A team member will get in contact with you in less than 24 hours.

DO YOU OFFER GUEST PASSES?

Yes, we do offer guest passes for anyone interested in trying a Small Group training class. All classes have a capped attendance to ensure we can deliver the highest level of quality training to every individual.

DO YOU OFFER VIRTUAL TRAINING OPTIONS?

Yes! We do offer virtual sessions in one-on-one, semi-private and small group sessions.  If you do not have equipment, we can customize the programming to your needs or can set you up with an equipment gift bag with everything you will need to workout from home.

I FIND GROUP CLASSES INTIMIDATING, IS THERE AN OPTION FOR ME?

We limit all of our group training to a maximum of 10 members. We keep the number low to make sure the highest level of quality in training and accountability can be maintained. If you still feel its intimidating, we offer semi-private training (2-4 people) or one-on-one training.
